Training Effectiveness Evaluation - HRD Corp (TEE)
The changing workforce structure and technological change necessitate stronger and more consistent links between training and its outcomes. To support ongoing learning innovation and quality, the training landscape must be redefined by transforming the traditional training market into a ‘Contestable Training Market.’
To achieve the desired Contestable Training Market, three (3) major focus areas must be addressed:
- Contracting based on performance;
- Transparent Criteria for Accreditation of Training Providers; and
- Data on the performance and quality of training providers.
Moving forward, HRD Corp has implemented the HRD Training Effectiveness Evaluation (HRD-TEE) to ensure the continuous improvement of HRD Corp’s training courses and schemes/initiatives through a structured evaluation mechanism that can help make learning and development more effective and efficient.

Online Learning
For online learning, you can use any kind of online assessment platform to distribute and collect Output Assessment (OA) forms from trainees, as long as you follow the rules.
Items that must be included in the online test:
- All of the questions from the old Output
- Assessment form.
- Name and email address are required for trainees to fill in so that they can be checked.
- Authentication is a part of this (e.g. digital signature, declaration)
